Cold soup with avocado and shrimp
4 avocado
2 onions
1 pepper pod
1 garlic clove
300 ml vegetable broth
200 ml mineral water
150 g boiled shrimp
2 tbsp. chopped coriander
2 tbsp. lemon juice
black pepper
salt
Cut avocado in half, remove the seeds, peel. Minced meat, drizzle it with lemon juice.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds.
Pure of vegetables and avocado, pour the broth and min. water, pepper and salt, put into the refrigerator.
Before serving, add cold soup with avocado and shrimp cilantro and shrimp.
