Green salad Italian with Parmesan
200 g a mixture of different salad leaves
2 sweet pepper
2 carrots
1 head red onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sugar
Peel, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, onion, peel and chop half rings.
From the peppers, remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Combine vegetables with lettuce in salad bowl.
Lemon juice shake with cheese and butter with a whisk.
Before serving green salad Italian with Parmesan cheese to fill with the prepared sauce and stir.
