Salad with parmesan cheese and mango
200 g green leaf lettuce
200 g Parmesan cheese
100 g cherry tomatoes
40 g green onions
? mango
6 Art. l. walnut sauce

To prepare the peanut sauce to combine 3 tablespoons peanut butter with 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon prepared mustard and sugar to taste, mix well.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, tear lettuce into small pieces, cut into rings onion, tomatoes - small slices.
Remove from mangoes bone, cut into slices.
Connect prepared ingredients, add salt and pepper and salad.
Before serving, season salad with parmesan cheese and mango nut sauce, garnish with herbs.
