Turkey salad and mango
200 g cooked turkey breast, sliced strips
1 head lettuce, disassembled into leaves and torn into pieces
1.5 glass slices of mango pulp
0.5 glass green seedless grapes, cut in half
fresh raspberries
mint leaves
For the dressing:
1 Art. l. mango pulp
1 Art. l. lime juice
3 Art. l. water
0.5 h. l. ginger root, grated or chopped
2 Art. l. apple cider vinegar
1 Art. l. olive oil
All the ingredients for the dressing, place in a bowl and mix in a blender until smooth. Arrange the lettuce leaves on the bottom of serving dishes. Put the turkey on top of the lettuce, mango, grapes. Pour the dressing and garnish with raspberries and mint.
