Mango-ginger jam
Ingredients:
1 kg mango (flesh)
2 ginger (fresh) - cm
300 g sugar
Mango cleaned and cut into small pieces, add sugar and after its dissolution, cook for 10 minutes. After cooling to repeat the boiling twice more. During the last heat, add a tablespoon of finely grated ginger.
If you take the fruit of different maturity, you get mango jam with whole pieces.
