Orange-ginger jam
Ingredients:
4 PCs orange (unpeeled)
6 PCs lemon (unpeeled)
200 g ginger (fresh)
1.5 kg sugar
Oranges and lemons, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and each piece cut into small slices. Remove the seeds. Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes.
Fruit and ginger mix in a saucepan, cover with 1.2 l of water and bring a lot to the boil. Cook the mixture over one and a half hours.
Add the sugar, stir in low heat to dissolve. Then cook on high heat until it thickens.
