Ginger jam with grapefruit and lemon
Ingredients:
250 g ginger (fresh)
250 g sugar
1 pcs. grapefruit (juice)
1 pcs. lemon (juice)
Ginger peel, grate. Rinse with cold water and drain. Squeeze the juice of grapefruit and lemon, mix, add the sugar and place over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add ginger and stirring constantly bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and leave for a few hours.
After a few hours to put on the fire, stirring constantly. Cook until smooth desired consistency.
