Jelly from grapes and mango
500 g grapes
500 g mango
500 g Apple juice natural
2 tbsp. starch
100 g sugar
250 g vanilla ice cream
250 g cream thick
Mango peel and cut into cubes. Starch mix with 3 tbsp. spoons of water and add, stirring, boiling Apple juice. Bring to the boil, add the grapes and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, put the mango and sugar, stir and cool during the day.
For the sauce, ice cream shortly before serving thaw slightly and whisk together with cream.
Pour the soup into chilled bowl and serve with sauce.
