Jelly Apple juice
2-2,5 glass water
2 glass Apple juice
glass ? sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 g citric acid
3 tbsp. potato starch
1 orange zest/lemon
In water, put sugar, cinnamon and zest to boil.
Dissolve the starch in Apple juice, pour in hot syrup to boil, stirring occasionally, remove from heat.
Pour pudding on Apple juice glasses, serve, cooled, topped with whipped cream.
