Apple-buckthorn jelly
3 pcs. apples
1/2 glass sea buckthorn
2 glass water
4 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. potato starch

Apples cut into slices, pour 2 cups of hot water, boil until tender and then wipe with a decoction.
Buckthorn wipe, connect with apple puree, stir and bring to a boil.
Dissolve in 1 cup of cold water starch and pour in apple-buckthorn puree, bring to a boil. Refrigerate.
Serve pudding sprinkled with powdered sugar.
