Apple jelly
3 pcs. apples
1/2 glass sugar
2 Art. l. starch
1/4 h. l. Ground cinnamon
Apples cut into thin slices. Pour 4 cups of water and cook until tender.
Apples, remove, wipe, add the broth, along with sugar and cinnamon, warm.
Starch dissolve 1 cup of cold water, please, stirring constantly, to the broth and bring to a boil. Refrigerate.
Pour the jelly into glasses, complete your apple slices. Serve with waffles.
