Jelly with cocoa

6 glass milk

3 Art. l. Cocoa powder

1 glass sugar

3 h. l. starch

Cocoa powder connect with sugar.

2 cups milk boil, add the cocoa powder and sugar and bring to a boil.

Starch dissolve the remaining cold milk, add the cocoa mixture and heated, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.

When serving pour the jelly into glasses, complete your whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
