1/2 glass Milk - 1

1 pcs. egg

1 Art. l. wheat flour

3 Art. l. sugar

vanilla - on the tip of a knife

1 Art. l. cocoa or instant coffee

Beat eggs with sugar, add the flour, vanilla and cocoa (coffee). Milk add that amount to the mixture resembles the consistency of liquid cream.

The remaining milk bring to a boil and pour into a prepared mixture. Stirring constantly, cook until thick. Serve the pudding hot.
