Pancakes with chicken
350 g chicken meat
200 g mushroom sauce
10 potatoes
3 garlic cloves
2 onions
5 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. wheat flour

Chop the garlic and onion small diced potatoes to grate, combine with onions and garlic, ground chicken and flour, pepper and salt, mix well.
Pan greased with oil and heat, fry the pancakes on both sides until Golden brown, then bring the pancakes until cooked in the oven.
Before serving, arrange the potato pancakes with chicken Basil, served with mushroom sauce.
