Mushroom pancakes with beer

150 g wheat flour

100 g mushrooms

2 glass light beer

2 eggs

3 tbsp. milk

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. ghee

? tsp. sugar

salt

Combine flour with milk, eggs, beer, sugar and salt, stir, add the vegetable oil.

Mushrooms finely chopped, add in the cooked dough.
