Mushroom pancakes with beer
150 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
100 g mushrooms
2 glass light beer
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. ghee
? tsp. sugar
salt
Combine flour with milk, eggs, beer, sugar and salt, stir, add the vegetable oil.
Mushrooms finely chopped, add in the cooked dough.
To warm the frying pan, grease it with the butter and bake the pancakes on both sides.
