Pancakes with buckwheat and mushrooms
Dough:
3 glass water
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2-3 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. yeast
1 h. l. salt

Filling:
300 g buckwheat
100 g dried mushroom
3 onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
vegetable fat
In warm water to dissolve the yeast and sugar, add water, salt, gradually introduce the flour to knead the dough for pancakes without lumps.
Add vegetable oil in the dough, mix well, leave the dough for 20 minutes after which a conventional manner, the lubricating oil pan, cook the pancakes.
Until ready to boil 100 grams of dried mushrooms, broth drained, cooked mushrooms twist in a meat grinder on a coarse grid.
Boil on mushroom broth buckwheat, finely chop the onion, saute it in butter, add buckwheat with mushrooms and fry all 10-20 minutes in the oven, allow to cool, mix with crushed garlic.
Spread on each pancake and 2 tablespoons filling, fold envelopes.
