Buckwheat pancakes with fasting
Dough:
2.5 glass mineral water (carbonated).
2 glass flour

Filling:
100 g mushrooms in sobst. juice
1 glass water
1 onions
? glass buckwheat
6.5 Art. l. vegetable oil

Mix with salt, sift the flour, stir in sugar, gradually add water and knead the dough consistency similar to sour cream, then cover it with foil and leave for 40 minutes in a warm.
