To connect half milk and water, add the yeast, a small amount of sugar, stir.

Enter in a mixture of half whole wheat and buckwheat flour, mix well and leave in a warm place for 2 hours to raise the dough.

After the dough will rise at least 2 times to enter into the dough rest of the warm water and milk, the remaining wheat and buckwheat flour, knead well, again, leave for an hour.

Herring cut into fillets, remove all the bones, cut into small pieces, combine with finely chopped onions, pepper, add a small amount of vegetable oil, stir well

In the usual way on a greased pan to cook the pancakes.
