Buckwheat pancakes with cream "Boyar"
4 glass milk

3 glass buckwheat flour
2 glass wheat flour
1 glass heavy cream
100 g butter
30 g yeast
5 eggs
1 Art. l. sugar
vegetable fat
sour cream
salt
Dissolve yeast in warm milk (100 ml), to have a brew on buckwheat flour, leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Add the remaining milk into a dough, then add the butter, sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, salt and wheat flour, stir and leave the dough to it rose, then pour whipped cream and whipped egg whites, stir and leave for 20 minutes.
Baked buckwheat pancakes with cream "Boyar" on both sides of buttered hot skillet, served with caviar, butter or sour cream.
