2 glass wheat flour

1 glass buckwheat flour
20 g yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Dissolve in warm water, yeast, salt and sugar, add gradually 1 Cup of wheat and buckwheat flour, knead the dough, put it in a warm place for fermentation.
After the dough will rise, add the remaining flour, stir again to leave the dough for some time to increase in volume.
Bake pancakes "Russian" lean with buckwheat flour on a hot greased frying pan on both sides.
