Wheat-buckwheat pancakes
1 l water
400 g buckwheat flour

20-30 g yeast

Rinse the millet in boiling water for 5-7 times, cover with water and cook gruel, as razvarim millet, allow to cool.
The volume of cereal must be equal to 1 L.
In porridge, add wheat flour and yeast, leave it to rose.
Add buckwheat flour, salt, sugar, stir again to leave.
Hot water scald the risen dough, dissolve up to the state of sour cream, leave on for 15 minutes
