Cake "Mystery"
Ingredients:
550 g berries (Assorted)
1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
80 g butter
2 glass sugar
1 pcs. egg
2 h. l. baking powder to the test for the test
2 glass cherry juice
2 Art. l. starch
2 h. l. gelatin
50 g confiture
400 g cream a 33% fat
2 glass powdered sugar
Of flour, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, eggs and baking powder knead shortbread dough. Put in the refrigerator.
Divide dough into 2 pieces, roll into round juicy and bake 10 minutes at 200 � C.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar and add half the rate of berries.
Cherry juice boil with the remaining sugar, add the starch diluted with water and loose gelatin; Connect with whipped cream.
