Cake "Drunk cherry"
Ingredients:
3 pcs. egg
4 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
4 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. margarine
1 Art. l. Cocoa powder
1 glass cherries, pitted
1 glass sour cream a 30% fat
1/2 glass powdered sugar
3 Art. l. brandy or rum
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until a stable foam.
Connect flour with cocoa and mix with 1 tablespoon margarine until smooth grits.
Whipped egg-sugar mass quickly and gently toss with flour crumbs. Put the dough in a greased with margarine form. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 � C. Refrigerate.
To prepare the cream, beat the cream until a stable foam, add the brandy, powdered sugar and mix. Connect cream with a cherry. Part of cherries and cream, leave for decoration.
From baked biscuit cut the middle, leaving the bottom and sides intact.
Cut cake chop, combine with cooked cream with a cherry. Fill the hole in the biscuit mixture. Surface decorate with ornaments of cream and cherries.
