Cake "Cinderella"
Ingredients:
150 g margarine
80 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 Art. l. Cocoa powder
1 pcs. egg white dough -. and cream - 6 pcs
4 Art. l. sugar
100 g raspberry syrup
1 h. l. saffron
20 g gelatin
1/2 glass cold boiled water
100 g chocolate
50 g butter
50 g strawberry
Chop the cooled margarine, add flour mixed with cocoa grind to form crumbs and mix with egg white. Spread batter evenly in greased with margarine split form. Bake for 15 minutes at 240 � C. Refrigerate form.
3 egg whites whip up a stable foam, gradually introducing raspberry syrup. At the end, add polnormy swollen and melted gelatin. Raspberry Cream Put an even layer on the cooled cake, without removing it from the mold.
The remaining proteins whisk until a stable foam, in two-three receptions by adding sugar. e resulting mix with saffron cream and remaining melted gelatin. Put on top of the raspberry cream. Refrigerate.
Chocolate and butter melt in a water bath, cover the surface of the cake. Refrigerate. Cutting the cream with a knife, remove the sides of the split form. Decorate the ornament of undyed cream and strawberries.
