Marmalade cake
Ingredients:
250 g marmalade
130 g margarine
9 PCs egg
9 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice for the cake - 1 tablespoon for glaze
3 tsp. starch
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
Egg wash, peel 1 protein for making the glaze.
Flour connect with starch. The whisk eggs with sugar for 20 minutes until a stable foam, at the end add lemon juice. Gradually pouring whipped to the flour and knead into a homogeneous dough.
100 g margarine melt until a creamy consistency and gently mix with the dough, at the same time, add the pieces of marmalade, leaving a little for clearance. Bake in greased remaining margarine form at 200 �C. Readiness is determined by the elasticity of the pressing surface of the biscuit. Cool.
To prepare glaze chilled egg white mix it with lemon juice, 3 standards of powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until a stable foam, gradually adding the remaining sugar.
Apply the glaze to the surface of the cake, garnish with marmalade. Optionally, you can decorate the cake with colored sugar topping.
