Carrot cake
Ingredients:
50 g margarine soft for the dough and the glaze - and 25 g
dried crusts to form
4 PCs egg
175 g sugar
125 g the cheese to the dough and grated for the glaze and
275 g carrots cooked, finely grated
225 g wheat flour

2 tsp. baking powder (baking powder)
1 tsp. cinnamon ground for test and design
1 tsp. cloves ground
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
3 tsp. powdered sugar for glaze
Preheat oven to 180 �C. Grease with margarine the mould with a removable bottom and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Whisk the eggs and sugar for a cake before the formation of stable foam. Add margarine, cottage cheese and grated carrot. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl. Connect with carrot mixture. Place the dough in the mould. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes in the lower part of the oven. Cool cake.
Combine all ingredients for the glaze and apply on the surface of the cake. From the top through a strainer, sprinkle the cake with cinnamon.
