Canape with egg and anchovies
80 g salted or pickled sprats
1 boiled egg
300 g rye bread
60 g butter

Slice the bread circles with thickness of 0.5 cm, fry the slices of bread into pieces of butter.
Cucumbers and egg cut into circles.
Toast to lubricate the remaining oil, put first the cucumber, then the egg, and the edges to wrap them sprat and secure with a cocktail stick. Or to put the pieces of anchovies on top of the eggs.
