Roast with anchovies
800 g beef tenderloin
80 g cream
40 g vegetable oil
1 glass water or broth
8 anchovy fillets
2 carrots
2 onions
1 slice rye bread
3 tbsp. butter

Cut the beef slices 1 cm thick (2 per serving), slightly beat and grease with vegetable oil. Fry the pieces of meat with two sides, add salt and pepper.
Peel the carrot and onion, chop finely, fry in butter.
The pieces of meat to put on top of the vegetables, pour the wine, crumble on top of the bread, pour all the water or broth so that it will completely cover the roast.
