Roast veal with Japanese sauce
1 kg veal
150 g bacon
dried thyme
parsley
ground black pepper
salt
For the sauce:
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. butter

To clean the meat from the film, rub with pepper, salt and thyme, sprinkle with chopped parsley, cover all sides thinly sliced bacon, wrap with foil, bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 160 degree oven, remove the foil, bake meat for half an hour at 200 degrees.
Slice the roast beef slices.
