Roast beef with spicy sauce
1 kg beef tenderloin
125 ml vegetable oil
75 g yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
2 gherkin
1 boiled egg
1 yolk
3 Art. l. chopped herbs
1-2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 h. l. mustard
1 h. l. lemon juice

Remove tenderloin from the film, on the one hand to make a knife incision.
Rub the meat with pepper, salt, mustard and half 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Put meat in a preheated 225 � oven for 25 minutes to cook, then reduce heat to 180 degrees and roast meat for another half hour.
Turn off the oven and leave the meat in it for 10 minutes, then wrap with foil and leave for another 10 minutes in the oven, then remove the foil and cut into slices of roast beef a la carte and place on a platter.
Sauce: yolk, lemon juice, mustard and remaining salt mix, add vegetable oil, whipped into frothy, add the yogurt, chopped gherkins, egg and greens mix.
Served roast beef with spicy sauce separately.
