Roast beef with soy sauce and caramel
2 kg beef tenderloin unfrozen
1 l vegetable oil
? glass sugar
? glass soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
5 Art. l. Worcestershire sauce
1 handful of green basil leaves
1 a pinch of oregano
1 pinch of salt
1 a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Remove the meat from the film, put it in a container in the shape of a rectangle with all sides of greased and leave for 7 min.
Pour the sugar into the pan, add 4 tablespoons cold water for 7 minutes to put on a strong fire.
In a large baking dish pour the remaining oil, Worcestershire and soy sauce, add passed through a press garlic, basil and oregano, then pour boiling caramel and stir.
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, fry in the most heated grill for about 5 minutes, constantly turning.
Put the meat in a hot cooked marinade, make sure that it is completely covered with roast beef, marinate about 7 o'clock, turning occasionally. The marinade should be warm when it is put meat.
