1 kg beef tenderloin (single piece)

4 Art. l. vegetable oil

3 Art. l. mustard

2 Art. l. dried paprika

1 h. l. minced garlic

? h. l. ground black pepper

Rinse the meat, remove the film, tie it with string.

Combine and mix the oil, mustard, paprika, pepper, salt and garlic in a bowl.

Rub the mixture obtained a piece of meat, remove the 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Vegetable oil to heat a large frying pan, fry on all sides until golden brown the meat, then put it on a baking sheet and cook 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees.

After cooking roast beef with vegetables and paprika gets out of the oven, removed the twine, the meat is covered with foil and leave for 10 minutes, then thinly sliced and watered isolated during the cooking juice.
