Roast beef with sour cream
1 kg flesh beef
300 g sour cream
3-5 sprigs of basil or cilantro
1 large onions
1 lemon
1 Art. l. any sauce (or 1ch.l. Worcester)

Rinse, let dry off the meat, rub with salt and pepper, rinse greens, dry and finely chop, chop finely peeled onions, lemon squeeze out the juice.
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, herbs, sour cream and sauce, rub a mixture of a piece of meat, put it in a large container, cover and leave for 6-8 hours at room temperature.
Oiled baking tin, put the meat, cook it at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for at least an hour, checking availability by piercing in the thickest point - must stand clear juice.
Finished with sour cream baked beef densely covered with foil, for 20 minutes left before serving, then cut into slices and served with vegetables.
