Sauted beef with zucchini
1 kg young zucchini
600 g veal
150 g cheese
2 eggs
2 carrots
2 onions
1 glass sour cream
1 garlic clove
1 bunch Basil
salt
One onion finely chopped, carrots grate, combine and fry until almost cooked in vegetable oil.
Finely chop the second onion, combine with meat, put all in a pan, add salt.
Peel zucchini, cut into thin plastics along.
Sour cream combine the eggs, beat with a fork, add the chopped Basil and garlic, passed through the press.
In a square shape, oiled, put 1 layer of zucchini, pour part of the egg and sour cream mixture, then put the carrot, onion, sauce, then meat sauce, then repeat layers.
The last layer casserole sprinkle with grated cheese, pour the remaining cream sauce.
