300 g pulp beef

160 g smoked sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show

1 onions - head

3/4 glass Beer light

300 g zucchini

1/2 glass milk

3 pcs. eggs

2 Art. l. grated hard cheese

2 Art. l. butter

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Beef and sausage cut into cubes.

Onions chop, combine beef, sausage and fry until golden brown. Then pour the beer, salt, pepper and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Zucchini slice, fry in butter.

In form, greased, put layers, alternating, zucchini and stews.

Lightly beat eggs, add salt, add the milk, stir, pour the vegetables with the meat with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes at 200 � C.

When serving sprinkle with green onion casserole. Garnish with pickled cucumbers, tomatoes and capers.
