Casserole of liver sausage and white bread
500 g liverwurst
some sausage to choose? we'll show
2 bulbs
2 eggs
1 Art. l. parsley
200 g stale white bread
1 glass milk
salt
nutmeg
marjoram
2 Art. l. oils
With white bread crust removed, cut it into pieces, soak in milk. Onions, finely chopped, fry in oil, add the scrolled or mashed with a fork liver sausage, salt, nutmeg (can substitute marjoram). All warm.
In a greased form put a layer of soaked white bread, liverwurst layer on top - again a layer of white bread. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour this mixture casserole. Cover with pieces of butter and bake in the oven.
