Casserole with mushrooms and bread
1 kg fresh mushrooms
120 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
1 glass milk
2 eggs
1 loaf of white bread
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
1 Art. l. bread crumbs
ground black pepper
salt
Clean, wash mushrooms, finely chopped, salt and butter to fry a little, add more oil, put out to tender.
Add the parsley to the mushrooms, stir.
Slices about? See sliced bread (before the lower crust cut), dip each piece in the milk with the eggs and salt.
Batch pots grease, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put on 3-4 slices of bread, alternating with mushrooms and peppers sprinkled all.
On the last layer of bread put the butter, cut into small pieces, cover pots, bake in the oven.
Served with sauted mushrooms and hot bread.
