Casserole mushroom
Ingredients:
300 g mushrooms
1-2 onion - head
2-3 tbsp. butter
200 g the bread stale
1/2 glass milk or broth mushroom - 1-1

2 tbsp. bread crumbs or grated cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
ground black pepper , salt to taste
Mushrooms boil and mince.
The bread soak in the milk.
Onion finely chopped, fry on the part of the oil, mix it with the prepared mushrooms, bread, salt and pepper.
Egg yolks spread with the remaining butter, mix it with mushroom stuffing, add beaten egg whites and mix.
In the form, greased with oil, put the mushroom mixture, pour the sour cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake until Golden brown.
Before serving, sprinkle the casserole with herbs.
