Casserole mushroom with cheese
Ingredients:
300 g oyster
250 g chanterelles
1 onion - head
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 glass vegetable broth
1/2 glass sour cream
220 g the rye bread
2 tbsp. butter
200 g cheese sausage
ground black pepper , salt to taste, to taste
Mushrooms coarsely chop.
Onion cut into slices, spasseruyte in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms and fry them. Then pour in the broth, sour cream, warm up the mixture for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Cheese slice.
Sliced bread with butter, then cut into cubes and place in a greased form.
On top put the mushroom mixture, then cheese slices and bake until tender.
When serving, sprinkle the casserole with the chopped parsley.
