Casserole with meat and eggplant
Ingredients:
2 PCs eggplant
400 g minced meat
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion - head
200 g Parmesan cheese
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Eggplant cut into slices 1 cm thick, salt them and place them for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Then rinse, drain and fry in butter.
Onion finely chopped, spasseruyte, connect with minced meat, salt and pepper.
In the form, greased, put layers of eggplant and ground meat mixed with onions, cover with thin slices of cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200�C.
When serving, sprinkle the casserole with the chopped herbs.
