Meat Casserole with eggplant
Ingredients:
400 g minced beef - and chicken
500 g eggplant
5 pcs. egg
150 g melted butter
50 g milk

3 Art. l. wheat flour
1 onions - head
2 pcs. tomatoes
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper, salt to taste
canned corn, parsley - for decoration
Aubergine bake in the oven, remove the peel, cut into long strips the flesh, salt, soak in beaten egg, zapaniruyte in flour and fry.
Onions and tomatoes finely chop, fry in butter with minced meat, spices and sprinkle with parsley.
Baking dish and brush with butter, alternating, put layers eggplant and minced meat with vegetables (the top layer of eggplant lay). Whisk the remaining egg with the milk and pour into the mold. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Before serving, cut into serving casserole, then Transfer to a dish. Apply for canned corn, green. Separately, you can file a mayonnaise.
