Ingredients:

500 g eggplant

5 PCs potatoes

2 onion - head

1 garlic clove

2 PCs tomatoes

5 tbsp. olive oil



400 g minced meat

1 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show

2 tbsp. wheat flour

1 glass sour cream

1 PCs egg

1 tbsp. rosemary chopped

1 tbsp. thyme chopped

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

ground black pepper , salt to taste, to taste

Potatoes, boil and let cool.

Onions and garlic dice, saut with minced meat in butter, add herbs, salt and pepper.

Eggplant cut into slices, sprinkle with salt, leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse, drain and fry in vegetable oil.

Potatoes and tomatoes cut into slices.

In the form, greased, put layers of eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes and stuffing.

Flour dry, slightly cool, mix it with warm milk and bring mixture to a boil, add the cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix. In chilled SDA add the egg and whisk.

Fill the casserole with the sauce and bake until tender.
