Casserole with eggplant
Ingredients:
2 PCs eggplant
200 g white mushrooms
150 g asparagus
2 tbsp. wheat flour

125 g cheese
2 PCs eggs
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Basil chopped
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Eggplant cut into slices 5 mm thick, season with salt, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse and dry. Slices zapaniruyte in flour, then in beaten egg, bread crumbs and fry in butter.
Asparagus cut into pieces, mushrooms - sliced. Asparagus connect with mushrooms, lightly fry in butter, sprinkle with Basil.
In the form, greased, put layers of eggplant and mushroom mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180-200�C.
When serving, decorate the pie with greens.
