Casserole of fish with asparagus
Ingredients:
600 g flounder fillet
2 tbsp. lemon juice
200 g asparagus
3 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
100 g green onion
2 PCs eggs
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Fillet cut into strips of width 4 cm, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
Asparagus cut into pieces, boil in salted water, slightly dry. Connect with sour cream, finely chopped onions, egg yolks, salt, pepper, enter the beaten egg whites and mix.
In the form, greased, put strips of fish on them - a lot of asparagus. Form cover with foil.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes at 200�C.
When serving, decorate with greens.
