Strawberry jelly

200 g strawberries

2 glass water

2 Art. l. sugar

10 g gelatin

Pour gelatin boiled cooled water 6-8 times its weight, leave to swell.

Squeeze the juice from the strawberries, boil pressed berries with water, drain and add sugar, gelatin, flowing in a water bath, bring to a boil.

Pour in the hot jelly strawberry juice and stir, pour the jelly into molds and allowed to cool.
