Strawberry jelly
300 g strawberries
2 glass water
2 tsp. potato starch
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Fat: no
Strawberries, pour hot water, add lemon juice and sugar, simmer for 5 minutes.
Berries wipe with broth and bring it to boil.
Starch dissolve in a little cold water, mix it with mashed potatoes, bring the soup to a boil.
Before serving, refrigerate the pudding for 1 hour.
