Lemon-honey pudding
5 glass water
180 g honey
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. starch
4 tbsp. lemon juice
In hot water, add honey, sugar, stir well, bring to a boil.
The dilute starch 1/2 Cup cold water, add the syrup, stirring constantly, and again bring to a boil. Remove the pudding from the heat, add the remaining honey, lemon juice, mix well.
Before serving, pour into a La carte dishes and refrigerate.
