Pumpkin pudding
300 g pumpkin
750 g water
1 lemon juice
4-5 tbsp. sugar
3-4 tsp. potato starch
2 tbsp. nuts chopped
Pumpkin cut into cubes, pour boiling water and cook until tender.
Pumpkin wipe, connect puree with hot broth, add lemon juice, sugar, bring the mixture to a boil. Pour diluted with cold water starch, again bring to a boil.
In the finished pudding put the nuts, stir and cool.
