Pumpkin pudding
200 g pumpkin
3 glass milk

2 tbsp. starch
2 tbsp. sugar
salt - to taste
Pumpkin RUB on a small grater. Starch dilute a small amount of milk.
The remaining milk bring to boil, add sugar and a little salt.
Diluted starch in a thin stream, pour in the boiling milk and bring mixture to a boil, mix it with pumpkin and warm. The finished pudding cool.
When serving, decorate the pudding with mint leaves.
