Pudding with milk and burnt sugar
4 glass milk

1/3 glass water
1 tbsp. burnt sugar
starch
To make burnt sugar, fry it with the addition of a small amount of water.
Milk, bring to boil, add burnt sugar, starch, and again boil, then turn off the heat and allow the pudding to cool.
Before serving the pudding with milk and burnt sugar to cool, serve with fruit juices.
